ILR & Funding Returns
DfE 2026/27 Individualised Learner Record view of the live NSPP learner database — one learner record, one or more learning aims. Editing a learner anywhere in the CRM changes this view immediately.
Legacy page — not yet moved to shared learners. Uses older browser or reference data (names may show as "Signed learner #N"); do not use its counts operationally. Live learners are on the Learners page.
Local checks only. Final validation remains DfE FIS / Submit Learner Data — a file that passes here can still be rejected there. Human-visible dates are UK format DD-MM-YYYY; ILR XML dates remain YYYY-MM-DD as the DfE schema requires.
